As many of our items are customized, we have implemented a policy of ALL SALES ARE FINAL for all products sold.


We will only accept returns or exchanges for products where the wrong item was shipped, there was a defect, or there was a quality issue on our end.


Refunds and Exchanges: To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email within 30 days of the order date. Upon receipt of your email, we will respond promptly and accordingly and make sure your replacement is sent out. If a replacement item is not available, we will refund the full purchase price.


Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.
